The proposals in the Federal Register Notice represent the Working Group’s initial suggestions for revisions to SPD 15 to improve the accuracy and usefulness of Federal race and ethnicity data. The Working Group and OMB requested comments and suggestions on any other ways that SPD 15 could be revised to produce more accurate and useful race and ethnicity data.
